• keep your file in secure storage for at least 7 years or as otherwise mandated a court of jurisdiction

WE WILL NOT...

• conduct illegal surveillance.
• misrepresent ourselves in any illegal or unethical manner
• enter onto any property that is posted or fenced
• obtain any illegal financial reports as codified in the FCRA
• utilize any illegal or unethical sources to obtain information
• coerce, entrap, harass, or otherwise violate an individuals rights
• photograph or videotape a person where a reasonable expectation of privacy exists
